Vacancy - Inside Sales Coordinator for EMEA / APAC
The Inside Sales Coordinator is in charge of generating and qualifying new sales leads. Preparing the sales approach in a targeted manner before the leads are passed on to the Business Development / Client Solution Managers. During this process, close interaction and consultation with the Business Development / Client Solution Management team is essential.
The focus of this position is to grow the sales lead database through research and the use of sales enablement and prospecting tools. This position requires a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who can take ownership of several initiatives to add strategic prospects to our sales funnel. A close collaboration with the Global Marketing Team (especially with the Digital Marketing Team) is essential.
This role will be mainly responsible to grow and develop leads / opportunities in our B2B channel but also taking ownership for certain aspects of our B2C channel (lead review and reputation management). The position will report directly to our Group Head Business Development EMEA / APAC.
Responsibilities:
  • Leverage online tools and resources such as newsfeeds, web leads, business journals and lists, etc. to identify decision-makers and influencers within prospect organizations
  • Generate new interest through sales automation and constantly research and find creative insight, tactics and strategies to drive new leads and accelerate sales opportunities
  • Improve the quality of the data for actionable sales and marketing usage in CRM through research and detailed data entry
  • Segment prospect lists in CRM to aid in personalized sales campaigns
  • Qualify inbound leads and inquiries from campaigns, website, events, etc.
  • Oversee and manage our B2C reputation management for the region
  • Prepare and analyse lead reports and dashboards
Skills & Experience:
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail, organized and practical approach to research
  • Personable and outgoing, professional and a quick learner
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication in English (any other
additional language, French, German, Spanish will be of advantage)
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
  • Experience with a CRM tool (HubSpot, [please apply online] etc.)
